About Us

Mega Skill Training and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. (MSTRC / Mega Skill) is a versatile development company led by specialized and academic professionals. The organization focuses on capacity building, research, innovation, institutional performance evaluation, and other social development sectors. Since its inception in 2011, MSTRC has been actively involved in various development endeavors, including system strengthening, capacity building, performance evaluation, research, and innovation, primarily in the education sector.

MSTRC complies with all the legal provisions enforced by the government and has a functional affiliation with the Council for Technical and Vocational Education Training (CTEVT). Moreover, it has established a partnership with the Ministry of Education Science and Technology (MOEST) and its line agencies operating at the central, provincial, and local levels.

With over ten years of uninterrupted professional services in the education sector, Mega Skill has emerged as one of the most professional, independent, and impartial technical service providers in Nepal. The organization’s offices are located in Balaju and Baneshwor Kathmandu, with a well-defined management structure comprising an Executive Body, regular staff, and an Advisory Body to guide the organization. The Executive Body is responsible for overall program management, design, coordination, and execution. MSTRC has also partnered with NGOs in the provinces to enhance access to the local levels.

Our Work

We work and offer a wide range of services to both Governmental and International Non- Governmental Clients, including training, research, and evaluation, surveys, and education plan at local level with focus on the gender, social inclusion, and empowerment. With extensive experience in need assessment, evaluation, and implementation of Technical and Vocational Training (TVET), capacity enhancement programs, development of local plan, skill and knowledge development training for the least advantaged people, we also specialize in Child and women’s rights, Special need education, and SDGs. Our ultimate goal is to support national development agendas by working closely with the government to produce skilled human resources and facilitate self-employment and entrepreneurship development for youths.
